Growing Structures is an award-winning project representing the values of TH-OWL — creativity, innovation, and sustainability — proposed for construction at the Landesgartenschau Höxter in 2023. The core idea is to use mycelium as a sustainable building material, supported by a wooden waffle structure. The design follows a modular system based on a generative design approach.
